I've always been the person that friends and family call when they need help with a design question or with figuring out what's possible in a space. I truly get inspired to pitch in and help make something the best version of itself. But when I looked back, I realized that what lights me up most isn't just the design part of the work — it's also collaborating with people. I love helping someone who feels stuck find a way forward.

My career has been shaped by a genuine love of aesthetics. I studied painting at university, spent years in fashion — styling, buying, merchandising — and then ran a branding agency with my husband for eight years, where I learned to manage complex projects and see them through to completion. That combination of fine arts training, design sensibility, and real project management experience is a little unusual. But it's exactly what this work calls for.

And now I'm doing this work in a space I'm truly passionate about. I started Project People to help people who are ready for a change but don't know where to start or can't do it by themselves.
